1992 Other Saturn Models Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Manual 218000 miles

I just bought this car used. The wipers didn't work. I replaced 10 fuses that were not even installed. Now the wipers work, but do not stop until I remove the fuse. Help.

Probably in the switch if it is letting power get to the motor all the time.
