Ever since I took my car to get new tires put on my car is revving like crazy. It goes up to 3 rpms when I'm at a complete stop. Its all of a sudden like the mechanic did something to my car. Ive never had this problem till I put my car in the shop for new tires. What could be the problem?

Mechanic could have pinched the fuel return line and now its overpressurizing the fuel system. Or a problem with the idle speed controller and throttle position sensor-
