2004 Saturn L300 Brakes Lock up

I was driving and the car kept slowing down like the brakes were being applied. When the car was stopped the front passenger side was smoking and the back drivers side was hot.

Check the proportioning valve for that branch....or if you filled the master cylinder latley, was it DOT3 brake fluid? or did you add tranny fluid? Very bad if you did...BTW how long sisnce your last brake job?
