2003 Saturn L300 white smoke out of the exhaust

Hello there is white smoke coming from the exhuast and there is oil in the antifreeze, i dont think its the head gasket though.

Most of the time what happens on that engine is the oil cooler leak's into coolant because it sits in coolant.
