2002 Saturn L300 Replacing a power window motor

I have a 2002 Saturn L300 and it seems like the power window motor ihas died. The window is in the down position. I have removed the door panel and I need to know the next step in removing the old motor and installing the new. Are there any hidden issues that I should be aware of?
