I have a 2002 L-300 which sent a check engine light. I went to the dealer and they found a code that indicated a bad thermostat. Not willing to pay dealer prices for the fix, I decided to replace the thermostat myself, I now am looking for information on how to clear the code and do away with the check engine light, any suggestions?

go to your local parts store, they have a small generic scan tool that will clear the code and most will do for free
