2005 Saturn L200 AIR BAG, HORN & CRUISE CONTROL

My air bag warning light has come on (and the alarm sound) and sometimes it goes off. This has been going on for about a month; the other day I noticed that my horn wasn't working and neither does my cruise control (all on steering wheel). I think they all have to do with one another but what I don't know. My brother checked the fuses & relays for me & found nothing wrong. Can someone help. Thank you, Kelly

All those things go thru ur air bag coil under ur steering wheel so start by seeing what codes u have in ur air bag module.let me know how it goes.
