2003 Saturn L200 Clacking noise

My car recently hit the dreaded 100,00 mile mark and it seems the moment that happened, it started making clacking noises. This only happens when i start my car and the subsides after driving it for a bit...i would think this is due to low fluid somewhere; but i admit that i know nothing about cars. any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Check the serpentine belt tensioner and idler pulleys.
