2003 Saturn L200 Can't Get Out of Park

I've looked everywhere for an answer, but can't find anything. When I put my ignition switch in "Run" or start my car I cannot get my car out of Park. I can operate my car by bypassing it by putting my car in Neutral when my ignition is in accessories. My brake lights do work and all my fuses are operational. My Solenoid is working fine and everything. When I had my dash completely apart everything worked like it was supposed to. When I put it back together it didn't work again. Any ideas?

Check your shift interlock system-could be the shift solenoid or the computer for the system.
