My ac work it blows air and the I have put a new dryer and it still dose not cool . On the das it shows the temp on know it shows Oc please help

I'm having trouble understanding what your trying to say.From what i understand you replaced the drier and something about the a/c doesn't blow cold?All so something about something on the dash?Does the a/c compressor come on?Do you have auto climate control?Or manual a/c?Also when you charge the a/c back up how many oz's did you put in?
