2002 Saturn L200 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual any miles

Subject of Saturn Customer "Satisfaction" Campaign - many 200 series Saturns, after having their battery disconnected or experiencing discharged conditions, will "confuse" the Body Control Module (BCM). This typically shows incorrect milage readings on the ODOMETER, and often fuel gauge errors (shows FULL all the time), along with other occasional problems -

Saturn Dealers will typically try to SELL you a new BCM, which they say must be programmed by the factory - NOT TRUE.

The Campaign is ON the company website, and entitles the owner (regardless of Milage, Age, or Ownership) to get the BCM "reflashed" for FREE.

It's a REALLY FREQUENT problem which affects 2001's through 2004's at least, and maybe more, regardless of engine, transmission, or options.

Remember! YOU GET THIS SERVICE FREE.
