Car is idling very rough, especially when stopped at a light. I have change the plugs and check continuity of the "boot". Car is still running rough. What other suggestions would you have? Also, I would like to check the pcv, but I can't locate it on the engine. Where might I find the pcv?

If it's idleing rough, 3 things come to mind. You have a bad ignition module ( that sits over the plugs) or you may have a bad value in the cylinder head. Or you picked up some bad gas. You can get a compression test done to check for a bad value in the head. (one cylinder will be lower then the rest) You can run the gas tank down to empty as far as you dare, then fill it up and see if that helps. The ignition module requires special tools to check it, but you can probably pick one up at junk yard and swap it out and see if that takes care of it. This vehicle has no P.C.V.

The Saturn L200 does, in fact, have a PCV integrated into the valve cover. To change it you must change the cover. About $175.00 plus tax.

I would do a compression test here is a guide

this guide can help as well.

Please let us know what you find.
