2001 Saturn L200 Idleing low and causing the car to shake a

My car idles extremly low when stopped at a red light and causes the car to shake it changes rpm's when idling. Lately the car has lost its power and now stalls every once in a great while.

Do you have a check engine light and when was the last tune-up?

Get the idle air control motor and throttle position sensor checked out-
