my car wont start I have heard could be fly wheel or timing belt or chain I bought a brand new starter had alternator checked and I replaced battery and still wont start

I'm guessing that the engine is turning over at this point. If it is, something to check.
Check for fuel pressure, if there is none, it's probobly the fuel pump.
Get a compression test done, if it's not even, or really low, across all cylinders, the timing chain may have broken.
