Engine Performance problem
1999 Saturn L200 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 200500 miles

I am looking into buying a 1999 Saturn SL 1.9 liter from a friend but when we test drove it last night it has a stumble on take off and it also asks like it wants to die, like it isn't getting enough fuel. It has a new fuel pump and they have replaced the O2 sensor, wires, plugs, cap & rotor. We stopped and had it scanned from an auto parts store and it says that it is the O2 sensor.
What else could it be?

For a start check the throttle position/MAP/MAF sensors and check the exhaust system for restriction.
