2002 Saturn L100 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my 2002 saturn l100 2.2 engine goes nuts after getting warmed up. When yor driving down the road after just a short period maybe 10 miles the odomiter goes nuts bouncing up and down then just goes to 0 mph and the transmission will not shift out of first gear after it cools down its good for another 10 miles. just changed transmission speed sensor and still no change. Any suggestions? It runs great up until it warms up.
