2002 Saturn L100 Car Ignition

All of the sudden the ignition keys for the car will not turn at all. The keys will still open the door and the trunk but the ignition. One key is severely worn but the other is in fairly good shape.

Does the tumpler or the entire ignition need replaced? If so how long could I expect the project to take?
