2000 Saturn L100 wiper arms

The wiper arms work, but will not go in the down when you turn them off???

If the wipers work but won't go down to the park postion when turning them off sounds like a bad wiper motor.they had problem with those early L seris models with that and had to replace the motor on the brand new Cars before they were sold.let me know how it goes.
