2007 Saturn Ion EPS Steering

When I start my car I have power steering, but shortly after that the power steering light comes on at the power steering goes off.

U will need to have ur power steering control module scanned for codes u probably have a code c0475 the most common cause I have seen for ur problem is the steering motor which the sell seperate from the steering column now. Let me know what u find.
