Dealer said (for $450) they needed to replace the right lower control arm bushing, passenger's side. I am real handy -- how can I learn to do it myself?

I'am going to to change one soon and the way i'am going to do it us first take the lower control arm off clean it up (this is the rear vertical bushing) cut the metal sleeve out of the control arm with a hacksaw blade or recip saw take the bushing at least a couple of hours before install and put it in the freezer and heat up the control arm where the bushing goes then tap the frozen bushing with a little grease around it into place then reinstall control arm
