2006 Saturn Ion clutch

There is very little tension in the clutch, shifting while driving is extremely difficult, when the vehicle is off the gears engage with no problem. Can the clutch be adjusted? The car has 73kmiles.

So what ur saying is the clutch pedal is soft doesnt have a nice firm feel all the way down?There not adjustable there hydralic look under the car the trans where the clutch would be see is any fuid is dripping from there. Let me know what u find.
