2004 Saturn Ion 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 88K miles

I have loud "clicking" when turning the steering

wheel left or right ??>

If ur hearing a popping in the front end when turning left or right sounds like u need to replace the front sway bar bushings pretty common I have replaced alot for the same reason.let me know what u find.
