Cooling fan quit working, relay replaced, fuses look good. What else can I do.

Test fan motor with 12v direct power, if fan doesn't come on then it needs replaced, if it does come on this way then the engine coolant temp. Sensor may need replaced or the PCM is at fault.

The late question, Cooling Fan is bad, replaced it, it worked fine for a few days, battery dead, replaced it. Now cooling fan stops working when the temperature a bit over the normal level. If PCM then how to fix it? I plan to replace the thermostat next.
