I think that a sensor is out the security light flashes and i cant start the car for a while. then it starts but now it wont start my mechanic told me that its the security which makes sense but how can i fix the prob without spending a bundle?

Hi there,

i would suspect the key or key reader, (if chip key is used) A diagnostic code read should give you infomation of any ECU sensor faults.

for a 2004 this is still under warranty i just got mine replaced
