2003 Saturn Ion No power at all

plugged in a satellite radio to the auxillary power plug in the rear seat. all power shut off. lights come on and the front seat power outlet works but the rear power outlet doesn't work. engine will not turn over. have checked all the fuses and nothing is blown. unable to remove key without using the manual release under steering wheel. battery still has power.

When you turn key to run do you see all the lights that normally comes On?
