Should be able to, just takes a few basic mechanic tools. .
Use your fingers to grasp the inboard and outboard edges of the mirror.
Carefully pull on the mirror face to disengage the attaching tabs from the housing.
Remove the upper trim finish panel from the front door.
Remove the rearview mirror sound absorber.
Disconnect the rearview mirror electrical connector, if equipped.
Remove the rearview mirror nuts.
Remove the rearview mirror from the door
Installation is the reverse of removal.
