TCM service code po3002

Hello, I am getting TCM service in my car. Scaned the code and got po3002. After I switched the coils it shows po300 plus po354. Now I am not sure if it may need just the plugs changed or also the coils. Please help! Thank you

Are you sure it wasn't a p0302 code instead of the p03002?

The p0354 is ignition coil number 4 fault is the p0354 current meaning if you clear the code will it come right back?The number one fix for that is a bad coil.
