2007 Saturn Aura

Hi I have a saturn aura, and it got into a car crash. The air bag didnt deploy, but the air bag light is on. What could be the reason for that. Thanks

There could be several reasons for the light coming on, but more than likely it is because the pretenioners went off in the seat belts.

The pretenioners go off in the seat belts first to hold you tight in the seat before the air bags go off, sometimes in a crash, if air bag deployment is not nesscesary just the pretenioners will go off.

You should have it checked at a local dealer for saftey reasons.
