The starter and flywheel grind terribly, how to fix this?

I have a new starter, new flywheel and ring gear, new battery cables, and a new battery. Any ideas to fix this issue?

What brand is the starter? I would use an AC Delco unit. Also are you using starter shims? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? that way I can tell for sure what's going on and know how to fix it You can upload it here with your response.
