Saggy door

I replaced the door pins and bushing. The bottom is ate out again. What is the simplest fix to get the door from sagging and line up?

There are grease-able steel bushing kits available for these. You keep them lubed and they don not wear out in a month like the knurled ones. http://www.andyz28.com/catalog.htm shows one version.
