I would want to if the safety belt of my Honda Jazz 2012 model is compatible with the safety belt for a Honda Ballade 2012

The Jazz was sold in the US as a Fit and it appears the Ballade was based on the Civic.
Check the warranty in your country though. Here in the US Honda will replace any worn/broken/defective belt for free. They may do the same there.
