I have a 2002 Saab SE Convertible, 2.0 turbo with 51,000 miles. I am losing anti freeze. I replace about an inch of fluid in the reservoir every 4 - 6 weeks depending on how far I drive. I don't see any leaks on the ground. A warning light comes on when the fluid reaches a certain level so it hasn't overheated. I don't experience any loss of power or hesitation. What could be causing this?
Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

You may have a very minor leak that only occurs when the engine is hot and under pressure, best have a coolant system pressure test done, this will normally show up any minor leaks, also have the radiator cap tested for release pressure. Check around all the hose fittings for any tell tale signs of coolant loss, many cooling systems additives will dry into a crystallized stain around minor leaks, start with the simple things first, hopefully this will show up a minor repair issue.
