Lights and radio stay on after the keys are out.

2005 SAAB 9-2X 2.5L, 65,000 miles, manual transmission,

My wife turned the car off took the keys out of the ignition and the radio and headlights were still on. She took the neg. battery terminal off and the radio and headlights turned off. When she placed it back on and the radio and headlights came back on.

u have a faulty ignition switch cylinder section sticking possible .
