1993 Saab 9000 Fuel Leak

Hi i got this car off of CL for $500 about a month ago and have fixed the problems that the previous didn't feel like doing. I have noticed that when i fill the tank gas will leak out, but only when the tank is full. Is that a lone problem or is my tank coming apart. Thanks

if no leak when filling and only after tank is full have to assume tank and or something on top it

a smoke test should pin piont the area
