1991 Saab 9000 oil pressure

Engine Performance problem
1991 Saab 9000 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 91 9000 with the 2.3.when it gets to operating temp the oil light comes on.I've never seen a problem with this style of oil pump.

Check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if normal replace the oil pressure switch abnormal could mean oil pump and engine bearings
