car runs fine on the road and freeway but when you come to a stop or red light the idle will drop below 1000 to 900 then 800 then die if you press on the gas it will shutter before it starts to to go again.
it wiil not pass smog at 15 mph test but does pass at 25 mph test. need help can't keep spending money on the car.
