1989 Saab 900 89 SPG No Boost, runs rough at low rpm

I have a 1989 Saab 900 SPG. Just yesterday the car started running very rough at idle and low rpms and the boost gauge is at zero. I hear a whooshing sound from under the hood and the check engine light is now on. Any suggestions?
