2001 Saab 9-5 Clicking/tapping noise

I have checked the oil and had it recently changed. It was reported that there was an internal engine noise and an oil leak. I hear a slight tick under the hood, both when idoling and moving. Do you have any ideas what might causing this? Secondly, is this problem urgent?

get engine checked for sludge build up inside engine ,if no sludge then u may have a bad hydraulic lifter ,also consider this urgent ,if sludge inside engine .
