2000 SAAB 9-5 engine light on codes P1231, P1230

We just had the oil coolant replaced, when everyone was saying it was the engine (wrong). But now the engine light and the tcs light are on. Need some suggestions

U have a faulty throttle body assembly, unit in [limp home mode ], replace unit, but before replacement clear codes from system then replace, most do code clearing first, good luck.
