1999 Saab 9-5 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have white smoke coming out of my exhaust. I changed the head gasket and that is all good.I was told it is my turbo. Could this be the problem?

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated I would start by having a compression test done on the cylinders to double check the headgasket is good ...if this checks out OK, then it is possible the turbo has gone ... you generally get a lingering blue/white smoke when the turbo has gone ... with a headgasket it's a white dampish dissapearing smoke !! hope this helps
