1999 Saab 9-5 Hesitation when driving

What is causing my vehicle to hesitate when excellerating and at idle. I just had a fuel injector service and my spark plugs replaced,but i am still having this problem. At times it runs fine but the hesitation returns. What should I be looking for to fix this problem?

u may have a direct ignition cassette going bad ,also get fuel pressure checked ,monitor while driving check pressure gauge at acceleration , is your check engine light on ,if so read codes & post back ,good luck.
