low beam and high beam failure, fuse ok, bulbs ok, relay ok ?

does your turn signals work up front along with this issue ,if not check wiring harness inside lamp assembly for burnt wiring .post back with answer,also note that under hood electrical center [fuse box] is also a control module that can cause this issue too if unit has internal fault ,best way to repair this if all wiring looks ok is to take to your dealer cause this issue will set a fault code in system & can better direct u to the cause ,good luck
