2004 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

whenever i fill up my gas tank fully, my electronic meter always says that it is empty. i have tried to find the gas pump, but i have had no luck finding it.i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and i would appreciate the help. i would like to know where i could find the gas pump and how i could get it fixed. thank you

The fuel pump is located in the fuel tank there's an access door thru the trunk.

i tried looking for it and couldn't find it- i checked all over even in the spare tire area

My search came up it has an access door probably hidden under the carpet if not you have to drop the fuel tank to remove the pump.
