2004 Saab 9-3 repair Question

i have a 2004 saab 93 arc and I'm changeing the alternator belt. I have taken the fender well out but i cant see where to loosen the tention?

there should be a tensioner pulley where you put a wrench or the special made "serpentine belt removal tool" the pulley is the smallest pulley there ,you put the tool on it and you can bend it back to release the tension of the belt
