I have a vibration in the motor. Been told that it is the timing chain, but perhaps it's the balance chain. Should I get both chains and tensioner's replaced at the same time?

if the shop is certain that one or the other is definitely the fault then yes it would be a good time to go ahead and have both replaced to save a lot of money on labor fees in the future.
