2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question squealing sound

I just had a new water pump and thermostat put in. Now my car makes a squealing sound that is very annoying. My son can hear me coming down the road. I took it back to the mechanic and they put a new water pump in but the noise is still there. Why can't they fix it?

THEY NEED TO CHECK YOUR IDLER PULLEYS ,WHICH 9-3 DO U HAVE OLD STYLE OR SPORT SEDAN ,INFO WOULD HELP ME TELL U WHAT TO REPLACE .
