2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question seat belt

2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question

I had both back seats folded down. Now, the left seat (which includes the middle seat) will not fold up to normal position, because the middle seat belt is retracted and locked. I can pull the seat belt out about a 1/4" before the ratchet mechanism clicks. What can i do to get slack on the belt?

if retractor mechanism is bad ,u will need to replace seat belt assembly ,try to releave all pressure from belt then try to pullout after ,if that dont work then replacement is the only option .good luck.
