2006 Saab 9 3 Car Wont Start Had Traction Control Failure Indication Replaced

Car wont start. Had a traction control failure indication. Replaced ECU, traction control error gone, still no crank. No fault indication, all electronics work, jumping not successful.

why did you rep;ace the ecu for trac??? what was the code?? it has nothing to do with starting.

there is no more code because the vehicle has not moved yet
