I regretfully took my 03 Saab 9-3 turbo with 80K miles into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They sold me on a radiator flush and after what seemed like a long time they could not get my car to start it was making a high pitched whistle. My engine was towed off the bay. Their mechanic replaced the starter and told me that the engine began smoking and shaking and that I would need a new engine. Their insurance company is now having the engine torn down to try and deny the damage. The mechanic is having a hard time getting the head off the engine. Would pouring cold coolant all over my engine cause such damage. Is there any way they are going to get out of this? Thanks
