2001 Saab 9-3 repair Question No Injector pulse

I have no pulse on injectors while cranking, the negative wire of injectors are ok, I have spark,and if i spray starting fluid and crank, the engine wants to start/run but runs of the fluid and dies, pls indicate what to check and what determines the pulse to injectors or feed positive voltage to injector wires while cranking or run.

If you have power going to all injectors and you hook up a noid lite and the noid lite is not flashing check the computer injector ground driver circuit

Hi Rasmatas, I don't have any voltage on injectors, have only the ground complete on one wire(orange) of the injector but have nothing on the other wire, and have no Noid light to check with ,but am checking with an ordinary test light.
